Looking for training plans?

I consider Dr. Jack Daniels to be the foremost authority on running and training plans.  Most of the best coaches use some version of his techniques, and I personally use his training programs.  I have had incredible success since starting this, but his programs don't allow much time for slacking off.  If you want more information about this please contact me.  Otherwise the following are links to some of the easier training plans available today.

Looking to run your first 5K?
